Coaching Youth Basketball, which age group can be both challenging and rewarding. Working with children is sometimes difficult, but if you are patient, determined and you like it is, certainly, your efforts are rewarded.
Firstly, children learn to love the game, and they can not do that in a motivation, stress-free environment. As a coach it is your task to support and encourage each of your players, regardless of skill level or how they are talented. You must teach them the importance of team work, and convince them that everyone has a very important role in the team.
